Không thể cài Let’s Encrypt SSL do xuất hiện lỗi “404 Not Found”, “Timeout”, “Could not connect”.

404 error xuất hiện khi tiến hành curl Let's encrypt
Global DNS chứa AAA record của IPv6, nhưng trong Plesk domain lại chỉ định ipv4 Domains > example.com > Web Hosting Access
Nguyên nhân do cấu hình sai DNS của domain.
Hướng xử lý
- Tiến hành cấu hình lại DNS ở phía registrar để domain có thể phân giải Plesk IP globally.
Nếu A record không trả về từ một trong những nameserver thì tiến hành thay đổi cả 2 nameserver.Nếu global dns chứa AAA record, tiến hành thêm IPv6 tại Home > Domains > example.tld > Web Hosting Access > IPv6 Address hoặc xóa AAA record từ global DNS của domain.
